You have 30 days to make up your mind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return it:

  • in new or unused condition
  • in its original packaging
  • with your receipt
  • noting the reason for return
  • within 30 days

and we will gladly refund, exchange, or credit (less the original shipping and handling charges). No return parcels will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D.

Please note, if the problem is ours i.e. the wrong item shipped or defective merchandise, please contact us by e-mail at sales@orbitalskiing.com and we will give you instructions on how to return the product.

SHIPPING

Orders are expected to ship within one (1) business day of receipt of the order. You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order. Orders will ship from Pennsylvania. Expect 3-5 business days for delivery of most Ground shipped orders. Orders shipped to HI and AK must ship via UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air. There is no GROUND service to these states.

If you requested shipping by UPS, you will also be notified by email of the shipment by UPS and the notification will contain a UPS tracking number. The US Postal Service does not provide in route tracking for orders shipped via Priority or International Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note that most export orders are subject to customs duties, tarriffs and Value Added Taxes (VAT) in the country to which they are being shipped. You as the customer are responsible for the charges and they are NOT included in the shipping charge. If you decide to refuse an order due to these charges, we will refund the price of the item only, less any charges to have the item returned to us, upon its return. We will not refund any shipping charges. We strongly recommend you contact your local Customs office for information about these charges.

CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION

Orders to addresses outside of the United States must have the same shipping and billing address. The name on the credit card must also match these addresses. Orders that do not meet these criteria will not be processed. Credit card name and address verification will be conducted for all orders regardless of their destination.
